Vista beeping and won't boot completely

Hello,
My Window Vista (desk top) CPU for months has frozen up about every other day. . . even control/alt/delete would not show a window. I normally could do nothing but turn it off and reboot. Today, when it turned the cpu on, it just started beeping and will not display anything on the monitor. I have already changed the power supply (through a UPS) and directly, and reseated/tested all the peripherals. HELP!

Beep code meanings vary by mother boards installed in the unit.
Go to your computer vendor's site, and download a user manual for your computer model, and it should have beep codes explained.
