List of overclocking software?

Any of you pro's out there able to give me a quick list of the essentials for oc'ing,temp monitoring, and testing? Finishing my build tommorow and i wanna start oc'ing it, I run a e5200 and a radeon 4870 which i could use a suggestion for as well, thanks!

I think you should do better if you OC in the BIOS. You can use motherboard monitor for temperature and you should use Prime95 for stability testing.
