No. SATA 3Gb/s = SATA 3Gb/s

SATA II or SATA 2 does not exist.

Technically, the correct name for the 2nd generation of SATA is SATA 3 Gb/s, but often people use SATA 2 or SATA II. That board supports SATA 3 Gb/s
