Navigation webpage cancelled virus

Hello,
Every time i log onto my HP laptop this navigatioin webpage canceled page pops up and won't allow me to do anything else. What can I do to remove this without having to use a cd? PLEASE HELP!!!

Every time i log onto my HP laptop this navigatioin webpage canceled page pops up and won't allow me to do anything else. What can I do to remove this without having to use a cd? PLEASE HELP!!!

1. - Perform a Disk Cleanup, or delete the Internet Temp files & cookies.

2. - Run your Anti Virus Scan and other Anti Malware Scans.

3. - Check the Browser Add Ons for anything you find suspicious and disable.
