Gigabyte Intel SKT775 965P-DS3 PCI-E SATAII 8Channel Audio Virtual Dual BIOS ATX

with

Crucial 2GB kit (2x1GB) DDR2 667MHz/PC2-5300 Memory Non-ECC Unbuffered CL5 Lifetime Warranty

Now in my old machine i have found this - Kingmax 512mb DDR-433/400 RAM... is there anyway i could add this ?

If not could someone tell me why?

Just want to learn :D

965 chipsets use DDR2. The Kingmax memory is DDR1.
Not compatible from what I see. It wouldn't physically fit either.
