Can Q9650 safely go 4+ GHz?

I have Q9650 overclocked to 4GHz (500x8), but I would like to try it bit higher. So far it looks like I'm not able to, so does anyone knows how far should I go with the juice while playing safely? Currently it is a notch below 1.4V...

it depends on your temps. you'd like it to stay in the 50s, 60s are probably ok, but you don't really want to get into the 70s

Currently I'm running ~48-50 degrees Celsius, so I guess I have some room...
I guess ~60 or max 65 is safe?

Stay below 70C full load, and below 1.4V or so, and go as high as you can.
