Who Can Solve this mystery ?!

I have a very strange & serious problem with my HDD what have a drive that is not visible except in win vista
what has damaged and no program will run.
X:Boot (unknow place )
driver load: X:\Boot\$Windows.~BT\Windows\System32
The volume is protection & 32MB but the files are 493Mb
I can not ReInstall vista from dvdboot
also i can not write DVDs in XP but in nero doesnt any problem
&also i have used HDD wiper!!!

Try using a different DVD media type and see if that works. Nero might like it, but XP most likely doesn't.
Also, for the second screenie you posted, what was the last thing that happened before this problem occurred? Has it been a long time you've had this issue?

I have this problem from 3 months ago .
I have tested all types of DVD but its no problem with DVD+-RW.
When i installed vista on C: where had XP ,incorrect
i tried to delete or Format it by unlocker but the result was unsuccessful .
HDD Wiper has cleaned all data sector by sector but
does HDD another memory except the Hard Disk?!
