How do i tell the hewlett packard 7960 installation disc I am the administrator

i have tried to install my existing disc for HP photosmart 7960 on new laptop Asus with Windows 7 and it says it cant with out administrator permission. Can someone walk me through how to give a disc permission and let it know, I am the administrator

Go to Computer, and double click on the DVD drive that has the disc in it. Find the setup file, right click on it, and select run as administrator.
It doesn't look like windows 7 is supported for that printer.
