Hi

I have searched the existing threads in this group and could not find
anything on the Sony WEGA engine. (I know it is not
specifically an HDTV issue, but impacts on image quality.)

My question - does anyone know of any independent reviews
of the WEGA Engine vs the rest? I am wondering if it
is worth the extra ~ 60% in price to go for a Sony with Wega engine
as opposed to other LCD TVs around? (Google search gives
me brochures from sony-related web sites.)

Thanks for any pointers.
