how do i over clock my geForce7300gs
safely and by how much
i use it in fsx
or should i up grade
my possessor is athlon 64x2

Wow... tell ing your full specs for a start will help. As for OCing the GPU use RivaTuner or ATITool

Get a new graphics card, even a budget 9500GT or HD4550 will beat that thing to death.

^True that. Best option for OP is probably a 4670 or 4830 (price vs performance)
