I was wanting to get a ATI HD 4870 sometime after they get released. but i noticed on some of the prerelease pictures and spec's that the card will require 2 pci-e 6 pin adapters. My power supply(thermaltake W0100RU 500W) only has 1 pci-e power plug. Also i know from pre release specs it will meet the wattage requirements. Do you think i would be able to get a (LOGISYS AD201 12v Molex to 12V 6Pin Adapter) for the second pci-e power plug on the card a expect it will run fine?

I thought the 4870 was in the sub-150 Watt TDP?
I presumed a single PCI-e adapter would be enough?

Oh well, my PSU has 2 PCI-e 6pin adapters, just means no Crossfire without molex.

They give you 2 PCI-e adapter for a reason, DUH!
Just plug them in!
