LOL, MrsBytch has a point, but I assume your budget is low. Samsung is better, sure, but it costs more.

Get this one:
Acer AL2216Wbd Black 22" 5ms Widescreen LCD Monitor with HDCP support - Retail $220 after shipping, 1680x1050
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6824009094

The "ACER V193W b" costs $215 at newegg after shipping, i.e. about the same, and it only offers 1440x900

A Samsung example:
SAMSUNG 2253BW Black 22" 2ms(GTG) DVI Widescreen LCD Monitor - Retail, $260

actually im going to disagree with major53. I have to say that the Samsung monitors are usually the best out there next to Sceptre and Viewsonic. Samsung's picture and dynamic contrast just makes the picture so real.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6824001269

this is a great monitor for $209 and it is a 19 inch widescreen but has a contrast of 8000 which is insane. Of course Samsung's new line of more expensive monitor's contrast reaches around 20,000.
