Is there any real difference? I'm building a new system, and due to free shipping on the 800, the 1000 would run me about $10 more per 2 x 2gb set...

Just wondering if theres any reason to spend anything more to get DDR2 1000....

1000 is just overclocked 800. There's no real difference.
