Help Me Choose DDR2 RAM For My Mobo and CPU

Hi,

I am quite close to ordering some new PC hardware and need some help/advice on what RAM to purchase for my soon-to-come Asus P5Q Deluxe mobo.
I will be using a Q9450 CPU and (maybe) a 64-bit OS.

Out of this list, which would be the best for my setup:

(I was wanting 2gig of 1066MHz - depending on what would be the best for the mobo and CPU. Is it best to get 2gigs or 4gigs for 64-bit OS, if I'm only going to be doing high-end gaming?).

I'd go for 2 sticks of the pqi 2 gig pc6400. I've had pretty good luck with pqi. If you bump up the voltage to 2.0, it might overclock. I usually just let the board decide the memory speed when I'm overclocking.

I have a Q9450 on a P5Q-E. Using 4 GB Coarsair XMS2 DHX PC2-6400 RAM.
It's a damn good kit if you ask me. Got Fantastic reviews too.

Remember to manually key in the timings (4-4-4-12) and voltage (2.1V).
