Max operating temp???????

Running a e5200 on a Asrock p45xe with 4 gigs of 1066 ddr2 and a radeon 4870. I am currently overclocking this unit and monitoring the CPU Temp and MB temp. What's my temp ceiling for both these items.

MB has a temp ceiling of something like 90C, so don't worry about it. The CPU temp ceiling is around 70C full load (Prime95 SmallFFT or similar).
