How to switch radios on windows vista

Ive SCREWED up royally and now I can no longer get my windows vista radios to switch on

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

If you mean Bluetooth radios, there should be a Bluetooth icon in Control Panel but your wireless network connection might have a physical switch on th 3efront or side of a laptop of one of the Function keys might need to be pressed at the same time as the Fn key. Look for the Function key with the wireless icon on it.
