Strap MCH to FSB???

Wondering what this is, and what it effects. When i enable Manual overclocking to open up voltage settings I cannot for the life of me boot my computer unless i turn this on and i have no idea what settings to use. Doesn't it have something to do with the FSBRAM timings, i hear they are sposed to be 1:1 when you begin a OC??
