CPU offloading to GPU PhysX

Whilst the use of 'good quality' physics isn't that great that the moment i'm assuming one day it will be.

I'm currently running an 8800GTX on a P5B dl, if I were to add another 8-series card (not SLI) could that be used for physics or CUDA? leaving the 8800GTX for graphics? I note that CUDA will only use one card in an SLI configuration, so does it even need to be SLI'd?

Only the gtx 280, gts 260 and 9800gts are supported. You'll have to wait for more complete driver support for G80s. There will probably be reviews and benchmarks on it when released

I think by the time advanced physics in games catch on properly, your card will be obsolete anyway, so I wouldn't worry about it. cuda will happily use 2 gfx cards, not in sli mode though
