More Information

This is a quite puzzling error for me, my cpu is clocked heavily, but holds well at or slightly over 60c (high yes, can't be helped atm)

However, when it has been under load for a long time, the temperatures will suddenly spike greatly, exceeding 100c and inevitably crash.

It does behave a little as if the aluminum on top of the cpu would "shift" like a frying pan can, is this even possible?
Or is it something with the heat pipes not being able to cope when above a certain temperature?

Incredibly annoying, as I can't lower system temps because it's summer out. And I don't want to mess with my water again..
