Coolit eliminator

hey just acquired coolit eliminator and was wondering do i need to replace coolant( about two years old)
and also do i need a specific type for this unit
and lastly how on this unit as has integrated resivour

Psycho is correct. That is a sealed system and the coolant never needs to be replaced as there is no evaporation. Opening the lid just voided any warranty you may have had on it and possibly introduced contaminants which could cause problems with corrosion down the road.

As for the unit itself it does a little better than the traditional air cooled heatsink probably by 10 or so degrees celsius though it would be on par with a good air cooler as long as ambient temps weren't too warm.. And don't run it on high or you will have to live with a jet plane for a computer. :)

cheers, too old for warranty any way. thats an answer ive been looking for all along, so coolant never degrades over time. so you only need to replace because of evaporation not because it stops performing.
