my computer has a problem.......yesterday onwards problems coming up .......sometimes pc wont even start .i.e harddisk light not working,no output on monitor.........sometimes it will restart itself.......

i think hdd is going to die........any way to check it out.......help....

You could download and run a HD diagnostic program, depending on the model. It could just as easily be the PSU or memory. Try downloading and burning the Ultimate Boot CD. It will have diagnostic programs that will check for a number of issues.
