Is there any way of getting a new IP address assigned to your pc at the click of a button on vista 64x??

any help appreciated

Depends on the DHCP server. Do you have a cable/DSL modem or a router?

im not talking about a LAN (Cable by the way) i meant the IP assigned to my computer, basically i want to watch videos over the internet and the website i use only lets me watch 72minutes a day, which is really annoying. it uses my IP address to track how much i watch, therefore i was wondering whether i recreate mine so i can get round this little rule... =/

The only way to get a different IP address using Cable Internet is by changing your MAC address and then rebooting your cable modem.

Couldn't you use a proxy service?
