I cant find a file that was printed to file

Hello,
I have windows vista with Office 2010 starter version. I've tried to print an excel doc "print to file" several times, but can find it anywhere after it's done. It doesn't give a file location, just asks you to give it a file name.

Print to file calls up the standard Explorer dialog. Look in the left column to see where the file will be saved (Default is "Documents").
