I have two 120mm fans that were used for communications bay cooling that I would like to use to cool my laptop. The fans are OEM Orion OD-1232-48HB 48v .23A brushless DC fans. they do not have any connectors just four cables; black, red, yellow and blue. I have tried applying low voltages trying to find what inputs do what but cannot get them to work. Orion's website does not have much on their specific inputs. If I can figure out a pin out diagram I can build or find a power supply no problem.
The fans were given to me in a box of other computer components and stuff, and I have no way to contact the person ho was in charge of the systems they were from, or the systems themselves. I was told they were brand new., but they started using different fans or something.

edit: from what I was able to find with google was that one pin was power, one was ground, one was the speed control, and the other was an alarm I think. I couldn't match anything to what I have though.
