When i press F1, a blue screen pops up and say UNMOUNTABLE BOOT VOLUME with an error code 0x000000ED

Is my hard drive dead?

It's not dead yet but heed the warning, your drive will likely die very soon.

it is already in poor enough shape that it cannot bring Windows up. Connect that hard drive to a different system ASAP and copy whatever you can from it to another drive.
