New motherboard recommendations.

I've been having some problems with current mobo, Asus P5N-E SLi 650i. It's being really picky about memory and it won't register having 4gigs of RAM any more. I read into it and found other people were having memory problems with this board. So my question is, what would you guys recommend as a good upgrade from it in the 150-200 dollar range (give or take).

What video card do you have? do you plan on going sli or xfire soon?
