Hi all,

I'm building a system :

Intel E8400
Asus P5Q Deluxe
Asus EN9600GT
Kingston HyperX 4GB
DVD Writer x 1
Western Digital SATA x 3
Dell 22" LCD
CoolerMaster CM-690 Casing

I don't think I will go for O.C for quite a time, what would be the recommended PSU for my build? As not much PSU brand available on my local store, probably Acbel, CoolerMaster, iCute. Are those PSU with 85% efficiency much different from normal PSU?

Another thing, will the PSU cable long enough to reach my motherboard as the casing will have a PSU slot located at the bottom.

I would see if the store has any psu brands from Antec, Thermaltake, Consair, or Enermax. As the ones listed above are not that good.

Yes, it does have all the brands you listed (missed out :p). Will 450W enough for my system? Should I go for 85% efficiency PSU, and the most of my concern, what if the connector is not long enough to reach my motherboard?
