Re-install from Vista DVD, Restore a backup of the HDD, or Restore to Factory Settings (lose your personal files and installed programs).

What has caused you to take this action ?

my hard drive is full and there is virus on them, i dnt want my system to crash! i can open some of the files on the system but when i copy from it, virus will be on my flash drive.

Run your Antivirus Scan to see if it detects & removes the infection.
Run a disk cleanup to free up some disk space.
If you reinstall from DVD, you have option to format the drive.
