Umm... I'm thinking no.

Because first , I think that's a laptop. And I don't remember laptops with overclockability in it's "features".

Secondly, it's a Celeron which is based on the P4 architecture. So even if you can overclock it, I don't think you can go beyond 3.2Ghz.
