Building a core i7 in the upcoming weeks and so far I have everything picked out but the heatsink. What I'm looking for is a recomendation or a link on the most current heatsinks out there, which are overclocking friendly :).

The best ones are most overclock friendly. They pull the most heat. The Thermalright 120 (TRUE) is the king. Go to Thermalright web page. There are other good ones.

Frostytech has good reviews.

Google is very friendly, all you have to do is type "CPU heatsink review."

Psycho, a water setup for an i7 starts at $225 minimum. What if he doesn't want to spend that? Give him options, many many run i7 with good aftermarket air cooler.

Unless you run a WC setup, how can you recommend one? Your not running a WC setup, your running the coolit, a cute little oddity in the cooling world.

70 pump
70 CPU block
60 rad
25 hose clamps etc.

Many have a seperate upgrade to 1366. You'll have to check the manufacture website, or pick one that is 1366 or has a upgrade to 1366 socket. All that is diff is the mounting holes.

Got an idea, go to OC Forums and look under cooling there, maybe someone can help more, I'm on water so kinda out of the loop on air coolers.
