P7nsli with q9400cpu

Hello all. Does anyone have a p7n sli with a q9400 overclocked at all? I have yet to find out how to overclock this damn mobo. Its says its oc friendly but i have yet to see how lol. im looking for pics of bios if you have a stable set up. I am watercolled so big OC are good aswell.
