i'm sure there must be an easy way to do this, but i can't seem to figure it out. i would like to get my second hard drive (third isn't installed yet) to show up so that i can start using it for storage. i only see it in bios and the device manager. so i know it's not a sata cable issue since the computer is actually detecting the drive. the problem is that in windows explorer, all i see is the C (system) drive.
i thought maybe i had to set something in bios, but i didn't see anything there...am i missing something?
thanks

I think yo just forgot to create the partition if the HD is new you must create it in Disk management. To reach the disk management you have to make a right click on your computer and click manage. Then you will see a window and to the left of the window you will see the disk management. there you will see all the Hard disks. yours should be there saying not initiated you just adjust the size of the partition and format the hard disk and it will appear on your desktop.
