Dish 942 audio / video out of sync

Hi,

The audio on my Dish 942 PVR is about .5 seconds behind the video, but only
when viewing HD.
I have a second HD receiver, which is a 921. I can hear both simultaneously
and the audio on the 942 is .5 - .25 seconds behind the 921.

I've tried the optical and analog outputs, no difference.

Any ideas?
