They are identical...exact same cards and same memory/core clocks just worded a little differently.
Both cards use the reference Nvidia GPU, they just put their own cooling and design added features, if any, onto the card.
I have no experience with Point of View.
I have had experience with Leadtek, and I would never buy anything that says "Leadtek" on it again.
