Which motherboard company do all of you prefer and have had good experience with? I am looking forward to a new P45 motherboard and wondering which company would be the best to go with.

Things im looking for:

Good customer support
Quality of the product
Lifespan of product
Any technical difficulties product.

ASUS and Gigabyte are the two best companies out there. Both have excellent quality products and great customer service. Check out ASUS' P5Q-E as my recommendation for a P45 Mb.

ZootyGray, what are you trying to accomplish repeatedly posting that link everywhere? In case you missed the Op's post, he is looking for a S775 P45 Mb, not an AMD Mb.

Wow tell a guy your looking for an Intel P45 board and he gives you a link to AMD.

Asus is good if you never have to deal with customer service, I had a board go bad sent it to them, they sent back;

The first time: A board where the caps were bulging and one was leaking.
The Second time: A board that had a bad voltage rectifier.
The third time. I got a good board from them that passed, but it has signs of heat stress discoloration in the metal of the copper heat shields where the metal has annealed, rainbow like spots.

Msi is good, Abit is ok, Gigabyte has good customer service, they even called me back. This was over 4 years ago as I have not bought a board from them in that time. I had one Gigabyte board die from bad caps, and the one where I experienced the good customer service was dead on arrival.

I also have a couple of BioStar boards that are both running fine.
A Foxconn that"s still working after 3 years.
I have been buying DFI for the last few builds that I have made and find that they are very stable and good oveclockers.
I have a quad build with this.

I don't see a need for the P45 unless your going to use crossfire and need a better onboard raid controller.
This board will work well for that.

Well you now have my 2 cents, good luck and have a fun time building your system from what ever you choose.
