More Information

I just built a new computer, the SBM low cost build and when I run PC wizard and SpeedFan I get this unusually high tep reading on Temp 3 or AUX. nothing in my board feels hot and I have plenty of fans. Even the Power Supply is cool to touch. Here are some pics. What could they be? Related searches on speed fan say they are nothing, but is that the same for PC Wizard?

Also, is 13.77V on a 12v Rail a bad thing? This is my first computer I built in years so I nee all the help I can get.
