Since you didn't state use I'd say :

AMD/ATI 770 budget system without integrated graphics
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131234

AMD/ATI 780G budget system with integrated graphics
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131273

if you want SLI
NVIDIA 570a SLI budget
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128014
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131013

Higher performance and budget
AMD/ATI 790X CrossFire 16x/16x
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131291

NVIDIA 780a SLI 16x/16x
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131290

I would avoid VIA and SIS as they are dated.

^True but since there is no hot graphic card in the system the northbridge gets better airflow. I'd still go for 770 and HD3450 ($50/50EUR with two DVIs) on an office AMD build. :)
