Windows 7 administration master code

Hello,
I have annoying administrator pop up that asks for a code every time i open up a new download. I really need these downloads to run my computer the way i want it. I don't know how the administrator pop up got on here in the first place. Is there a master code i can use to type in the password bar when the administrator pop up appears?

Get your account LOCAL ADMIN

You could just set the administrative account as active in account management inside computer management. Then just use the administrative account although this is highly not recommended because if someone did gain access to your computer you would be screwed because they would have access to everything because of the built in administrator account.
