I need to find a copy of ataport.sys for my Windows Vista Gateway Laptop. Boot stops on Ataport.sys, I don't have the Vista Install disk.

You link mentioned finding someone with a running copy of Vista and copy the corrupt file. Is there anywhere I find a copy of this file online???
