Hi my MotherBoard only supports up to DDR2 667mhz.
but i wanted the CORSAIR XMS2 2GB because it LED but it DDR2 800 mhz..

so i need help well it work or not
also if it do does it run the ram in to DDR2 667mhz instead of DDR2 800mhz?

You can use ANY DDR2 ram, but the maximum speed will be limited to 667mhz.
