You need a better PSU. Recommendations, powerful not to pricey :

*EDIT* Nevermind misread you GPU as being an 8800GT but now I see it's an 8500GT. Your PSU is fine.

You might also want a bigger HDD but that's really up to you :)

I was trying to save and purchase a good case that includes a PSU.

If you're not gaming and your monitor is not very large, it will do for office and internet.
About PSU, I would also recommend a better one.

No gaming, website development with Visual Web Developer and photo editing with Adobe Lightroom.

Okay I misread your original post, thought it said 8800GT instead of 8500GT. The 430W PSU should be fine.
