AW9D-Max == No picture on monitor and LCD showing FF

Hello,
I'm new to this forum and wanted to find out if anyone can help me with my problem.
I currently have a custom-built pc which is no longer showing anything on the monitor when i turn it on.
The motherboard inside the pc is an Abit AW9D-Max and the lcd screen displays FF.

Here are the specs of my compter as i remember them:
Intel Core 2 Duo Q6700 2.66Ghz [OC'd to 2.80Ghz]
Tuniq Tower 120
Abit AW9D-Max Motherboard
Coolermaster 700W Real Power Pro M700 V2.91 Powersupply
4 x OCZ 1GB 800MHZ PC6400 4-4-4-12 ATI XTC Heat Spreader Memory = [4GB]
MSI Radeon 3870 512MB
Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit
300GB 7200Rpm SATA Hard Drive = Boot Drive

I'd appreciate any suggestions and help you may have

Don't know about Abit, but FF for DFI means ok. Look up the post code in the manual. Or download the pdf.

Did you just update bios?

Clear cmos?

Try each stick of ram in each slot?

Load bios defaults?
