Unable to load file UI_RES.DLL

When I try to use PowerDVD 7.3 by Cyberlink I get the error code 00002711 which says "Unable to load file..UI_RES.DLL
Power DVD came on the disc when I bought an LG DVD player Model CH08LS10

That's the language file. Re-install program, pay attention to any language selection available.

I re-installed the program and the only language choice I had was "English" I'm sure that this is not what you are referring too or is it. Anyway the reinstall did not solve the problem.
I think I will try the PowerDVD 10 TRIAL version for 30 days. Then maybe depending what I find, I may persue this again.
