FSB only when OC'ing?

Hey,

When I'm OC, I only adjust the FSP?

I did e8400 from 333 -> 400.

Should I adjust volt or anything else?

What's a safe temp on e8400? Currently on 38-45*C.

I know there are a lot of guides, but I'm not the guy who can spend 1 hour reading a guide, so , if anyone can answer please


I'm using Asus P5Q Deluxe Mobo. What do I do in order to increase my memory performance?

CORSAIR Dominator TWIN2X8500C5DF 4096MB, DDR2, 2x2GB(KIT), DHX, E.P.P, with FAN (TWIN2X4096-8500C5DF)

I've not installed the Cooler, so how high can I go? Using Antec 900 with coolers on low.

Anyone who can explain it for me using less than 500 words?

Run Prime95 for 24 hours to test for stability.

if you dont want to read the guides and learn how to overclock, then there is a very simple anwser. Dont overclock. Problem solved


However, if you do want to learn how to overclock you must read the stickies. We cannot just tell you what settings and voltages to use, there are too many variables between systems. What worked for someone else might not work for you, so you are going to have to learn what to do and figure out the best settings for your system.

That isn't to say that if you have questions we wont help you. You just have to take the first step and learn what you are doing.
