My main problem is that my wireless adapter is stuck on my 'safely remove hardware' list and i can't get it off. It is in an impossible to reach location in my case to be able to physically remove it and plug it back in withough doing further damage to my comp.
I just want to know if there is a way to take something off the 'safely remove hardware' list withough actually removing it and just making the comp think i have.

I think I would restart windows in safe mode -- press F8 as Windows begins to load. Then restart normally, that might clear it.
