Is GA-EP43-DS3L a good motherboard ?

Looking at this motherboard...is it a good one ?

I know there's the p45 series as well which cost more but I'm not looking to dual card or anythign like that and have a screen with max 1280 x 1024 resolution as well...I'm looking at sticking a 4850 on it as well...

Just not sure if this will be ok or should I look into a newer chipset ?

they are as new as the x-48's just a cut down version as far as I know.
