At a minimum you need DDR2-667. It's better to buy one step up, which is DDR2-800, especially if you want to overclock.
You can buy those ones you listed also if you like.

do NOT go with any kind DDR2-1066 memory with this board...especially Corsair Dominator. I had this board with that memory and it would never reach the advertised speeds without blue screens and lockups. Besides DDR2-1066 memory is just factory overclocked DDR2-800. If you run auto settings in the BIOS, it finds it as 800 so why spend the extra $$$ ?
