it says

"Memory
Number of Memory Slots 4×240pin
Memory Standard DDR2 1200(O.C) / 1066"

does that mean it only supports 1066 and the max is 1200??

I was looking at these 2. they both looked really good.

G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1000 (PC2 8000)
OCZ Platinum 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500)

It depends on what processor you want to use.
Please specify that.

At a minimum you need DDR2-667. It's better to buy one step up, which is DDR2-800, especially if you want to overclock.
You can buy those ones you listed also if you like.

Refer to the Qualified Vendor List from Asus to select memory that works with your motherboard.

go with G-Skill memory or OCZ Platinum. DDR2-800

do NOT go with any kind DDR2-1066 memory with this board...especially Corsair Dominator. I had this board with that memory and it would never reach the advertised speeds without blue screens and lockups. Besides DDR2-1066 memory is just factory overclocked DDR2-800. If you run auto settings in the BIOS, it finds it as 800 so why spend the extra $$$ ?
