I'm sure it does - The 32 is 32 bit. Go to general tab in my computer properties and look.

No. 32 or 64 bit is the addressing scheme in the Operating System. Believe me, you have 1GB !
  4. Then what does 64 do?

A 64-bit bus can transport twice the amount of data as a 32-bit bus, effectively doubling the amount of information that can be transported to and from the processor at one time.

The software that benefits from 64-bit computing the most are applications such as high-end games or programs that perform complicated mathematical calculations. Virtual machine performance is likely to benefit significantly.
