Dxdiag says have directx 11 but intel graphics card says 10 0

Hello, when i search in start menu for dxdiag its says the version i have is directx11 and then when i right click on my wallpaper and click graphics properties and then go to info the DirectX version there is 10.0. So which one is right and which one is wrong i have windows vista sp2 running with the graphics card as Intel(R) 82945G Express Chipset Family... the computer is an Hp pavilion a6120n PC...its old.. Please Help!!

    The dxdiag tool is incorect. This problem is only a reporting error and this does not affect the DirectX 11 hardware or software functionality of the graphics card.
  2. It could be that you have DirectX 11 installed, but your graphics card only supports Dx10
