this is the instructions to find this file that i need to change to get a good widescreen resolution, I'm having trouble finding it

i found an options.big, but i could find what i needed to change

could use some help on finding this file in vista

Documents and Settings\*Your User Name*\Application Data\My Battle for Middle-earth Files\Options.ini '

that's what it tells me to find, im having a hard time finding it
